The BOB-B-Q truck is a full-service, mobile gourmet kitchen dedicated to providing the Greater Lehigh Valley and the surrounding areas with the freshest and most delicious BBQ! Through great passion and practice we have put together a menu that will leave your mouth watering for more!

All of our meats are rubbed with our signature Bob’s World Famous Seasoning and are smoked for 14-16 hours. As Bob always says, “The key to good barbecue is ‘low’ and ‘slow’; all good things take time.” We strive to serve each of our meats in a unique way that really compliments the meats’ natural flavors and sets BOB-B-Q apart from the rest.
